Pirelli introduces the new generation of P ZERO Race TLR by further improving one of its best sellers on the market. Through a new carcass solution, it has worked on one of the important parameters when it comes to cycling tyres: the rolling resistance. The new SpeedCORE carcass is then a thin air-tight layer of rubber compound with aramid particles that covers the internal part of the tyre. The greatest flexibility of the rubber compound makes the tyre faster and more supple, while the presence of the aramid allows for better puncture resistance. The carcass is completed by a 120tpi nylon fabric plus an anti-puncture aramid breaker, while the tread pattern keeps Pirelli most advanced compound, the SmartEVO, in order to provide the highest performance. All the special features of the new P ZERO Race TLR are skillfully crafted in Italy providing unique quality and superior performance.
